Care Instructions:

  • Dishwasher Safe: You can safely pop the handle in the dishwasher, but we recommend hand washing the blade to maintain its sharpness.
  • Wipe Blade Clean: After each use, gently wipe the stainless-steel blade with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
  • Adjust With Care: When changing the slice thickness, hold the saw steady and adjust the brass bush slowly to avoid wear.
  • Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use abrasive cleaners or bleach, as this may damage the recycled plastic handle or brass fitting.
  • Occasional Lubrication: Apply a tiny drop of food-safe mineral oil or similar to the brass sliding mechanism if it feels stiff over time.
  • Store Safely: Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, to protect the blade and preserve the marbled finish.
