Harold David - Living On the Belly of Its Cycles, 2026 - Mixed media on canvas - 122x91cm

Harold David is a multidisciplinary artist whose work moves between abstraction and figuration. His paintings are process driven, allowing materials, gesture and revision to remain visible. Rather than depicting what is seen, the work explores how experience is felt, with vulnerability, humour, belief and bodily presence recurring as central concerns. Each painting resists polish is favour of honesty, treating every mark as both personal and political.
