Tasmanian Chef, Kurstin Berriman has worked with Mr Minty to create a seafood influenced menu using only the freshest Tasmania sourced ingredients.  

The new Dining Room is set to offer an unforgettable experience with signature dishes that include Seafood Chowder, Sugar Cured Wallaby and Baked Gnocchi with Mushroom confit.
