Anna Pooley, Tasmanian Wine Maker of the Year 2025 nominee, will share the fascinating science behind her winemaking practice, offering tastings of her beloved range of wines.
Georgia Bowker-Dunn will share the science behind ceramics, diving into her ongoing ceramics project CLAY OF FIRES o+.
Mart Basa, Becker Minty's fragrance expert, will offer insights on the delicate science behind fragrance, taking you through an olfactory experience, and helping you to find your perfect scent. We're offering a 10% discount on all fragrances purchased on the evening.
James Kingston of Battery Point Distillery, will speak about the process of whiskey distilling, with tastings on offer.
