Taking its name from the Italian female name meaning "countess and royalty". The striking Contessa is handblown using the ancient Venetian “rostrato” technique, where sections of the glass are carefully pulled to create a bold and majestic form.

The Contessa vase makes a playful centrepiece that is both functional and decorative, as a standalone piece or showcased as a pair.
