Inspired by the Brutalist architecture movement of the mid-20th century, the Brutus Dining Chair is cast in lightweight fibre concrete creating a unique surface texture increasing mobility.
Emphasizing the fine balance between sharp architectural lines and a somewhat softer curve in the back and armrest, the Brutus collection is sculptural statement pieces with a compelling seating comfort. 
Each piece is hand painted to create a textured, unique surface. Therefore subtle variations in the colour can be expected. Whether placed around a dining table or used as a standalone accent piece, the Brutus Dining Chair adds comfort, character, and sophistication to both modern and classic interiors.

Maintenance

 American Red Oak is a durable hardwood that matures beautifully, developing a rich patina over time. To maintain its character, dust surfaces regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth in the direction of the grain, then dry immediately to prevent moisture from settling.
Avoid abrasive cleaners, silicone-based polishes, or excess water, as these can damage the surface or raise the grain. Protect oak with coasters, mats, or felt pads to prevent stains, scratches, and heat marks. Wipe spills promptly, and keep furniture away from direct sunlight, high humidity, or heat sources to prevent fading, cracking, or warping.
