Hudson’s Bakery is a family-owned company launched in early Sept 2020. Their mission is to bring Gluten free basics to everyone. Sandra, the owner, has been gluten free for the last 25 years, and her daughter Emerald, also being gluten free and a fussy eater, really became the catalyst for developing these products. The idea is that every item must be something Emerald could take to school in a lunch box. Hudson's Bakery is passionate about developing delicious, affordable, basic gluten free options.
